      As a resident of Cheswick Village Apartments I really enjoy the environment here, it's very diverse and settling here. Also the astonishing look that has taken place with the remodeling and the size of my townhome. The staff is amazing even with new management I've never experienced any dissatisfaction.

      I applied for an apartment because i know some reside ts that like it here. i applied and thought I was approved for an apartment because I received a welcome email from them and was instructed to call so i could come and see a unit. But when i called i was told by that there we r o available units until October!! So I was very confused especially since the website still showed available units. Then i received multiple emails and text from this property as if i still had a chance. Its disheartening to say the least. I think the staff should be better trained to know what the company websites are listing and people want give bad or odd reviews.

      So I applied to Cheswick in July of 2021, my move in date was scheduled for September 1st 2021. Once the move in date started approaching everything started going down hill from there. A few days before I was scheduled to move they call and lmk that the flooring vendor is behind and hasnt delivered the flooring for my apartment and they wanted to push back the move in. Thats fine because I get the pandemic has slowed down productions and delivery of a lot of products. Well they changed my move in date to September 14th and low and behold the exact same thing is said to me. This occurred 2x more times with the apartments rescheduling the move in date due to flooring not being delivered. Finally I end up getting a new move in date pushed back all the way to November the 12th possibly not guarantee. I asked for a refund and Tiara made me aware it would be returned to the card I paid online with, I called a week later on the 21st of October and they said it take 10days for the deposit to be returned to my card. Fast forward to November 5th after not hearing anything after leaving void regarding the refund I get in touch with Aubriana. She informs me that they mailed out my check to an address they didnt verify with me prior to sending out, that I no longer live at. They informed that they could stop the check but it would cost me $18. So after months of pushing my move in date back and causes me month to month rent fees they still managed to get a petty $18 out of me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MISMANAGED APARTMENTS, he office staff is unorganized and not knowledgeable about the move in process. And the regional manager Jeanne needs to resign from her role because shes not managing not a thing.
