Parking is charged however no designated parking spaces are provided and the lots do not have enough space for one car per household. Expect to be towed and pay for it with no help from the Property management.

I've really enjoyed living at Circle City, and have no complaints. The price point is great for a renovated apartment downtown! Move in was easy, and everyone was very helpful. Looking forward to my year downtown!

I recently moved into the Dartmouth in downtown Indy. I have to say that Raegan, with who I was in main contact with to look at properties was fantastic! Since living here I had one maintenance request, and it was completed the very next day first thing! I'm not used to that efficiency, and was very impressed. Great downtown location near Mass Ave shops and hangouts!

Ive been a resident for almost 3 years now. Lived in 2 different apartments. The team at CCA has always gone above and beyond to facilitate mutually benificial solutions and provide me with the best options available. Theyre great! Best bang for your buck Downtown that i know of. John

I've only lived here for a short time, but I have never had any issues. The two maintenance requests that I did have were taken care of the next day. I love the amenities in my building. You're close enough to downtown that you can easily catch a ride cheaply, but far enough that you don't have to worry about parking issues or loud party-goers.
