As a resident of Cheswick Village Apartments I really enjoy the environment here, it's very diverse and settling here. Also the astonishing look that has taken place with the remodeling and the size of my townhome. The staff is amazing even with new management I've never experienced any dissatisfaction.
Thank goodness there is a new manager that knows what she is doing and takes time to speak with the people that live here. I love my apartment but was ready to move before now that I have seen a huge change in just a few months I think I will stay. Thank you Roco for hiring someone that cares.
I think when you renew your lease they need to give you a free carpet clean.or paint..I just hate we pay a high cost water bill that is ridiculous.
My apartment need major make over, but sad to know it want get fix unless I move out. Was told it takes months to renovate the apt. I love the size of the apt but just old stuff in the apt.
The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are sweet as can be at move in but after that it is one lie after another, and they are rude as can be. Parts of the buildings are crumbling, and instead of fixing it they hold it up with 2x4s. In the winter time then plow the snow into the parking spots rather then into the grass, so you loose more spots in an already crowded lot. Maintenence is great, is the office staff ever send them the requests.
