As a resident of Cheswick Village Apartments I really enjoy the environment here, it's very diverse and settling here. Also the astonishing look that has taken place with the remodeling and the size of my townhome. The staff is amazing even with new management I've never experienced any dissatisfaction.
The pool hasn't worked since we moved in. My girls were disappointed.
Trash pick up i think could be better when people sit stuff outside the trash cans its days before its moved eye sore.
Water bill is sky high and charges don't seem accurate and rent is way too high for location
I think when you renew your lease they need to give you a free carpet clean.or paint..I just hate we pay a high cost water bill that is ridiculous.
