Welp, our apartment was disgusting when we moved in (black window sills, obscure black marks on the I assume freshly painted wall in the bathroom, SCREWS EVERYWHERE IN THE SHAG CARPET?? I dont understand), a bad mold problem in the shower, our toilet runs throughout the day without being prompted to (we have had maintenance in 3 or 4 times to fix it and they have come but never fixed it), we have had issues with neighbors music late into the night we have turned to the complex to fix alas it never does, we've given up on that. Appliances are old but work fine. Kitchen is mad outdated. Really bad bug problem in the wet months but its been mad everywhere with the humidity we just handled it ourselves. Living off binford is quite loud but the complex has fenced in the property with trees so, they tried. The neighborhood is really nice, our neighbors are considerate for the most part, & staff has always been polite. But I am hoping we can find somewhere else to leave by the time our lease is up. I have also watched the complex pull some real life slumlord moves on friends in the complex and overall we just don't trust the place anymore. We have had so many conversations with neighbors discussing horror stories of their apartment issues / issues with the office and its really discouraging to know these issues exist consistently with no real solution.

This is by far the best Apt. I have been In. I Love the staff and the neighbors. Everyone is helpful but, mind there own business. It's great for family's that have kids or family's that have pets.

The apts are big and spacious but Ive not had a good experience with the Mgt. They seem kinda like they dont care about you and like to ignore your problems. Lots of trash and no room for everyone to put it there. The raccoons scared my little boy. Leaks in my apt that kept going. They said it was one thing than another.

This complex is the most miss manged mess I have ever lived in. The complaints are too many to list. Apartment inspections, trash throughout the complex. I seen rats at the dumpester

Loved the large apartment in the beginning. Now, it is awful. Office people rude, hot water is shared and goes out all the time, company nickels and dimes you for everything, dirty laundry room, and things constantly breaking down. Maintenace enters apt without informing you first. Cars keep getting broken into and nothing is done. Move in at your own risk. You will like it like I did, but then grow to hate it. Can't wait until I can leave here!
