It all starts with the fantastic staffing being so helpful with all our needs and question. We love our apartment, the big floor plan with the huge closets including a walk-in closet in our bedroom. I love the wood floors for easy clean up. The bathrooms and kitchen are my favorite parts of the apartment. Both so spacious with lots of room for storage. Everyone is so friendly to us and our boys. WE really feel at home here!
I have been a resident at Castleton manor for close to 3 years now and out of all the complexes i have lived in, Castleton Manor is my favoirte I love the size of my townhome and the amenities. My neighbors are great, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is top of the line. I hope to remain a resident of Castleton Manor until I become a home owner. This is a great place to live and I love the area.
I was very skeptical moving into these apartments but after living here for 4 weeks I can honestly say that I love it. I'm so glad that I did not go into the fancier apartments. The cost of these apartments I feel is a bit high considering their age but they do have more square footage than the competition which is a big plus. The closer for my washer and dryer was not deep enough for me to close the bifold doors so I have to use a big rubber band to keep them closed. The floors are creaky but it doesn't bother me since I am in a two story townhouse. Everyone so far has been very professional.
I really enjoy my townhome. It is almost as big as a house.
The overall rent is expensive to have upgrades, amenities and basics that don't work. A kitchen full of electrical outlets but only one works. Moldy damp smell in the hallways. The washer and dryer in the laundry doesn't work. Clothes are dripping wet after washing, dryer burns clothing, machines take your money. Electricity goes out randomly and takes 24-36 hours to fix. Parking is awful. The office staff won't send you information you ask for unless you repeatedly ask.
