The people that work for the appartments are nice and friendly. Anything I did done concerning problems in my apartment is taken care of in a timely manor.

Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance responds quickly. Mailboxes inside each building, and common hallways and stairs are cleaned regularly. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Nice views with lakes, grass, and woods. Large fenced patios.

People i knew living in carlton appertment says good things about the place. Especially on their maintainers, i will love to be part of people living there

I would never recommend this place to anyone service sucks Ladies in the offers are very very rude and inconsiderate They always proudly shoe everything and never give nothing so all about receiving the rent as all they want The grounds always looked terrible the main his people are terrible the grounds keeper don't do nothing Trust me when I tell you to save your money and rent somewhere else listen to me ever since to get a new supervisor maintenance supervisor things went down Hill The manager and general manager are terrible people they don't help and understand did not know their job please do not rent their

Worst worst worst place I have ever rented from. The ladies in the office are lazy, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The property manager should not be a manager because she could care less about the condition of the apartments or the service that tenants are getting from maintenance and the office. If u move in here and have a complaint dont bother to report it because the property manager is worse then her staff and corporate doesnt care either. The apartments are terribly maintained; it takes a month before maintenance responds to an issue and when they do the work they do is not done right. They promise people a certain apartment and trick them into signing leases for apartments they never saw or agreed on. I have heard the property manager threaten someone with eviction and yell and scream at him over him asking them to come back at a later time for the yearly inspection. The apartments have mold , nothings installed properly or working properly. They raise rent every year regardless of if they update things or not. The pool is usually dirty. The gym equipment is terrible. Save yourself and family frustration and rent somewhere else, this place isn't worth it
