    Ridiculous charges when you move out.25 dollars if they CLAIM something was left in a cabinet.75 dollars for a 5 dollar electric bill.

    This property seemed like a nice place 2 live, however the model were not furnished as they are @ most complexes.

    Very poor communication between renters and staff. Very poor maintenance response, the required maintenance issues I believe are beyond the ability of their maintenance staff.
