Bradford Lake Apartments

I love it here it's a great place to live the staff is very helpful and professional I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for a great place to live

This place sucks the apartment wasnt even cleaned there was red hair dye in the carpets and my gas wasnt working the first three months of move in I had no kitchen stove in the apartment at move in and I couldnt cook so I wasted my money on ordering out all the time and there are way too many spiders and ants coming under the door the neighborhood is infested with geese and geese poop neighbors constantly partying never enough parking spaces horrible maintenance instead of fixing something the guy took a crap in my downstairs bathroom and didnt flush while he was on the job I called about mold and they talked to me like I was dumb the guest bedroom closet had kids finger painting on the closet doors never again will I rent here

Started out wanting to apply for this apartment so I left an email they sent back a link for an online application it led me to a page not found so I called and left a voicemail twice nobody ever called me back so finally I went to the office for the office to tell me by appointments only from the note left on the door so I get my phone and call somebody finally answers just to tell me there is no three bedrooms available but I could pay to put an application in and be put on a wait list for 60 days it took me to drive 25 minutes out of my way just to be told this I would never want to live here also to be told there's no online applications but they sent me a link twice this place needs to get it together!!

I lice here currently and love it, great apartments.

When I lived here as a kid, this was a nice complex in which to live. The playground was nice, the lake was calm and most of the residents were decent folk. However, now the grounds are unkempt with tire tracks, the lake had weeds along the banks, the maintainence staff rotates constantly, and the head manager, Daniel, seems to favor certain residents over others. They have a courtesy officer who is never around and not so helpful, some of the apartments have roaches and the dumpster areas have trash all over. This is not somewhere you want to go, it's a waste of money.
