To qualify, your income must be equal to or below those in the chart based on number of persons living in the apartment.
When I lived here as a kid, this was a nice complex in which to live. The playground was nice, the lake was calm and most of the residents were decent folk.
However, now the grounds are unkempt with tire tracks, the lake had weeds along the banks, the maintainence staff rotates constantly, and the head manager, Daniel, seems to favor certain residents over others. They have a courtesy officer who is never around and not so helpful, some of the apartments have roaches and the dumpster areas have trash all over.
This is not somewhere you want to go, it's a waste of money.
I haven't had any problems with the neighbors. Also anytime i needed maintenance toi fix things it was done in a timely manner.
The response to maintenance requests is very timely. The maintenance staff is very courteous, helpful, and get in and out quickly. I did not give an excellent rating because the office staff is not always as helpful as they could be. Calls to the office staff regarding non-maintenance requests are very seldom returned. I often have to make in-person visits to take discuss my issues. Also the office is not open for enough hours during the week and are not open on weekends.
The maintenance men take good care of the property and when you call the office about a problem, the management will take care of it as soon as they can.
Well some of the people living here leave very nasty stuff in the hallways there very loud all hours of the day n night noting done about it the courtesy officer is never here I'm sorry but this is not a good place to live because of most of the tenants in the summer you can't go out walking the kids will run you off the side walk,
