DO NOT APPLY HERE. This apartment complex is a MAJOR scam. They portray themselves like theyve newly renovated and clean homes but theyre so far from it. They paint over everything, put cheap slabs of paint over holes in the wall, water pressure is absolutely terrible. The staff and the maintenance are so far from helpful. I went a MONTH without a working fridge and had over $200 worth of food spoiled because of it. No one fixed my fridge for a whole month!! And then when it was 80+ degrees outside I went without AC for a week and then a couple months later it goes out again and this time they didnt even fix it for almost TWO WEEKS. That is absolutely ridiculous. They dont care about their residents- they only care about taking your money. Which paying over $1,000 a month to live in these conditions is not worth it. And they wont even bother to compensate you for any of it. When I tell you dont apply here, dont. Save yourself the trouble. Im currently in my second year lease with them and I highly regret it. They have a 2.5 rating for a reason, believe it.

Hands down THE WORST apartment complex Ive ever had the misfortune of being stuck in a lease with. Moved into a unit without w/d hookups a little over a month and a half ago after clearly stating on multiple occasions and being told there were units available with the hookups, mess up number one. The bathroom wall is warped behind the shower and I have to after that seeps up through the floor boards and the also have a kitchen sink that leaks underneath both of which Ive reported numerous times both to the office and online even having a maintenance person coming out on multiple occasions never fixing anything claiming to come back with appropriate tools to do so and never had. Ive had to call the office so many times Ive lost count. Clearly no one there cares and it shows in the poor quality of the unit and the service. Maintenance and office staff are useless, non helpful, rude, and just incompetent. Also the bit that replies to all of these negative (and there are MANY) doesnt follow up or help at all if you attempt to call the number. Property management, staff and units are TRASH!!!! There are a ton of communities adjacent and nearby DO NOT make the same mistake I did and chose these clowns you WILL regret it! They dont even keep the exteriors of the buildings in the complex looking decent. Looks rundown compared to neighboring properties. Honestly I cannot wait to terminate this lease and move on to better!

I came here to get a tour of an apartment. The staff agent was really kind and sweet and overall I think I might be moving in, everything seem ok nothing out of the ordinary

I put in notice June 5 to end my lease and was told that I had 60 days from notice to move out giving me until August 5th. I was sent an email stating if I had moved out any sooner I would be charged a full months rent and not be prorated (shown in the email sent July 31st). The morning of August 5 I left my apartment at 7:48am to drop my children off to school so I could return home to finish gathering our valuables as I returned at 10:30am the maintenance workers were inside my apartment and had all my belongings cleared out and thrown in the dumpster (please keep in mind it was trash day and my things were scattered between trash containers around the apartment complex). As I began to make everyone aware of the situation absolutely no one made an attempt to retrieve any of my belongings and continue to proceed as if I had been evicted. My most important memorabilia, family Heirlooms ,childrens birth keep sakes, SS Cards, Birth certificates etc.. were all thrown out with no questions asked. I have not been reimbursed and was told to contact my renters insurance for compensation. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS AS THEY ARE UNSYMPATHETIC TO THE MISTAKES AND LOSSES THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

What they advertise is incorrect, on their price for their units...
