Just moved out last month due to needing more space but trust me, it was a nearly impossible decision to leave! Loved the location (come on, less than two minutes from a Target?) and the apartment itself was perfect. Maintenance requests were always taken care of same day. Parking was plentiful on the street we were on. Kurtis, Mayra and Rene were wonderful to work with during the application/move-in process and during our time there.

Your renovations made these apartments stuffed. There is NO square footage and way to expensive. The grounds did not look anything like you portray. I would not recommend this complex.

Ive been here 4 years. Its quite and calm, the staff are great and the neighbors have always been nice to me. The maitenance is quick and no fuss. My only complaibt is they raise the rent every year its went up over $120 in 4years.

We loved Ashton Brook when we first moved in almost 6 years ago. A lot has changed. The main concern we have is the yearly increase in rent.
