Honestly, no. Don't do it. You may think "oh but an infinity pool, the dog park, a rotating art gallery, the location! it's so nice!!" After my experience with this management company, I am convinced that they only put those "amenities" in so that they could treat people like garbage & still have a running business. It's been one issue after the next, and every time it was met with the same callousness. The staff has constantly brought me to tears with their lack of evasion & attitude - it is always is flipped to something that is your fault. I have never felt so helpless in my LIFE. The worst part? This is not a me-problem. Everyone I've chatted with that lives here has a similar disappointing story. To make matter's worse - when you actually need help: the manager is constantly "at lunch" "on a call" or "in the bathroom" - when really she's in her office with the door locked and everyone is busy thinking of the next lie on what she's doing. The place rolls through new employees like it's nobody's business. It's terrible. Don't get roped in. Don't look at the pool. Don't walk in the door.

Horrible experience all together. DO NOT RENT HERE. My fiance and I moved to Indianapolis excited to live in the city in a luxury apartment. Instead all we got was 6 months worth of pain. No air conditioning in the hot summer, washer and dryer hooked up wrong causing a flood in our back bedroom, no hot water in the showers, leaking dishwasher, I even had a full closet rack fall on top of my head because it was not installed and anchored properly! Oh and did I mention their security is horrible? Parking garage jumping and homeless people getting in the building lobby! But don't bother calling for assistance, because the staff and especially the "manager" will never respond. Highly suggest looking elsewhere! There are many other great apartments through out the city.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The buildings are brand new and already falling apart. Pipes burst in all the buildings, and my unit has mold from water infiltration, and my work order requests are ignored. They won't put trash cans in lobby or near main entrance, so the place always looks TRASHED like the day after a frat party. Secure entry keeps breaking, so they just zip tie the doors shut. No one ever answers the phone

Aside from the fantastic location, the people and activities make the Artistry a wonderful place to live. The pool party, June first Friday event, and the weekend yoga classes provide fun bonding experiences and build a great sense of community. The amenities, including the gym, herb garden, and of course the pool, really enhance our lifestyle. Best of all, the people in the front office as well as the maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and set a positive, welcoming tone for the building. We absolutely love living here.
