I hate it here. The renovations are cheap despite looking pretty on the surface. The management is incompetent and doesn't give warning for HUGE changes. The gym hours and pool hours mean you can't get access if you work normal office hours...yet you get charged for it. It's in a bad location (don't believe them...its not SoBro..its just driving distance from SoBro). And it's hard to come up with one big thing wrong with it because this place just stacks little things on little things until you can't take it anymore...and none of it seems bad enough to be a red flag, but trust me all together it creates an annoying living experience. Just as you think maybe things are getting better something else goes wrong. The place is becoming gentrified...meaning they hiked the price up with cheap surface level aesthetic that won't hold up to time or even normal living damage. Live somewhere else. The only saving grace of changing from Willowbrook Lake to 7 pointe management is that the office staff is nicer now.
This was formerly Willowbrook Lake Apartments. They jacked up the rent massively - by 23%, from $725 to $895, which is when I decided to move out. It's been under different management each year. They are incapable of keeping mail straight, and when a resident moves out, they lose the keys and refuse to find the keys to give you your mail. If you want to pay $900 for an apartment, you may as well live downtown. Nothing is walkable from this location.
The good: located near everything, shopping and restaurants. It's very peaceful here.
The Bad: they take a there time to fix things, the old mangers must have spent the money own renovations our place is falling apart, cheap paint, the place is not worth the PRICE. the air doesn't get that cold in your apartment. The gym hours are horrible, they take their time with EVERYTHING. THE GUY WHO IS THERE WILL HELP U HE IS VERY NICE. it's too expensive, not worth 1,000 for two bed room.
