I have lived here since February and I love it! My apartment is updated and nice, I love all of the amenities and the staff is so nice to everyone. Recently, the staff has had several food trucks on site and that has been so nice to come home from work and not have to leave to go find something. I definitely recommend living at 7 Pointe!

I have lived here several years and have had ups and downs. Currently this is a down moment. We have been waiting on a service request to be completed for almost two months for out air conditioning. I put the request in on May the 10th and it has not been resolved. I have contacted corporate 3 times and no one has had the courtesy to respond. I called emergency maintenance and no one showed as I was told the person had to go to the hospital. I have been told that they are short staffed. But no one has even come to look at the air conditioner in almost 2 months! It really upsets me because I have a 77 year old mother living with me who has COPD and congestive heart failure who has suffered through some extremely hot and humid days. Staff i the office have been responsive with my numerous inquiries about the request however no action!!! I am very upset and feel we have been more than understanding. We have not been able to invite people over due to it being uncomfortable. Cant use all our amenities as we like due to the heat, like the dryer or oven. We were to have family visit this weekend but asked the not to come because of the air not working properly. I truly feel we are owed some reimbursement for this trouble and inconvenience. This is ridiculous and beyond unacceptable.

Cons Bugs pest and roaches , trash everywhere . Gate hardly works always stuck half way open Pros - Quiet neighborhood , ok updates

Shady deals. I was promised an apartment for $815. Then the agent handed me a paper of monthly fees. These fees ranged from water to billing costs, including pest control. Same shady place it always has been just a new name and a coat of paint.

the model room they show people the couch was nasty the carpet was stains all in it and if this is any indication of how they do business there working in that condition taking pride in showing that to somebody horrible
