All locations are within proximity of schools, shopping, and the Interstate Highway System. Our portfolio is comprised of vintage buildings from the 1920's through 2005. Our great selection includes features such as basements, patios, balconies, central air conditioning, private and common entries, laundry facilities or washer and dryer hook-ups and off street parking. All rentals include a range and refrigerator, carpeting and/or hardwood floors. Some include heat; most include water and refuse pick-up. Services that are included in rent are lawn service, snow removal (most locations) and 24 hours maintenance. We employ a full staff that is available for your convenience every day. For your benefit, we have a simple but thorough application form which includes credit checks, background checks, employment verification and verification of current and previous residence. Leases are one year with automatic renewal after the first year. There is no need to re-sign a lease every year. Sorry, we can't allow pets.
