Have not received a call back

I lived here from 2019-2022. My townhome was very spacious for my three person family and dogs. The office staff is really friendly and maintenance always shows up in a timely manner. The neighborhood has a really nice pool and dog park!

I've had a great experience living here. Maintenance is fast and the office is responsive and helpful.

I put in an application and pay the fee now I just got to submit all my information

I was in a bind to find a new home, with so little options amidst the pandemic, Westminster could not have made the process smoother. So far everything has been great, from the staff, to my neighbors!

They made the moving process so smooth and easy, newer resident, but have no complaints thus far. Love the fitness center and dog park. Clean community, beautiful grounds.

I can only share my experience getting through the leasing process, but it was great. Olivia was very helpful on the tour and throughout the application process. We had to cancel as our plans for moving changed, but the leasing office staff was helpful and informative! The apartment we walked through looked clean and ready for move-in immediately. The grounds also looked clean and taken care of.

I have to give the maintenance team a shout out. I was walking outside to grab something out my car and I saw a couple maintenance guys and asked them how I would put a work order in. I had several things mess up over the past weekend. They stopped what they were doing and came inside and went through everything. They told me they would be back as soon as they finished orders they already had. Got back much sooner than expected and fixed garbage disposal, toilet and dishwasher and then looked at my other toilet and washer cause water was coming out and let me know someone was coming out to drain the main water line. They were so polite and helpful and excellent work. 😊

Vanrooy is the best properties in the world.I love everything about them.There Apartments and houses and town homes.I recommend living at any Vanrooy Properties.

I have never seen such responsiveness from employees at an apartment complex before. From the workers in the office to the maintenance group, everyone is awesome. I’ve moved around all over and anyone moving to Greenwood, I would recommend this place!

i used to live here i loved my apartment, Made alot of friends i also went to northeast i was really sad i had to move afterall Nice Comunity Westminster!
