The amenities provided are more than enough to make you want to stay here forever. That being said the staff is less than accommodating for guests with asthma. The grounds are treated with an abundance of chemicals ; the halls and common areas rifled with noxious chemical sprays that I would stray away from if you have children. If you are a single adult who's not concerned with these potential health risks Saint Andrew's is the place for you. I'd also like to add the residents of the complex are lovely people and some make a genuine effort to give it a community feel.
A rating of excellent would mean to me that there were few improvements to be made. There is room for improvements at this property because of its age as well as the general need to upgrade any rental property.
I love living here , the staff and main dept is great , the residents I have met have been friendly I enjoy the get togethers and bingo and game night
Rent of the Apartments are fair. Cleanliness and maintenance of apartment is good. Flexible lease options. Overall good place to stay.
Apartment personnel work really hard to make community a nice place. Quiet. Clean. No pets allowed, which is great. Would be perfect, if hallway and stairwell walls were periodically touched up with paint and maybe gradually replace carpet where it is heavily stained with dark carpet.
