Ashmore Trace Apartments of Greenwood

Thanks to everyone at Ashmore Trace for all the hard work you have been doing, these last couple of months. Our Community looks beautiful From new porch lights, picnic area, tree trimming, new patio fences and all the landscaping, it all looks so good!!! Not to mention the staff is always quick to respond if you ever have an issue. Just wanted you guys to know that your work work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thanks again. I am a 3 yr resident here, and likely will continue to call Ashmore Trace home

I have lived here going 8 Years and have no reason to leave. They take care of the Residents.

Ive lived here for over 3 years and have loved it. Super convenient to everywhere we need to go, affordable. Always feel safe and the leasing managers are really great to work with. Maintenance is always super fast to fix things.

Can't wait to move back in Ashmore trace apt I loved it there

Ive been here for a year. Pros: the maintenance team responds very quickly. Theres lots of closet space. All utilities are included. Which was really the selling point for me. Quiet and safe apartment complex. Cons: Ive had to contact maintenance far too many times. On the very first night I moved in, which was a cold snowing winter day, my hot water was out. The maintenance technician responded quickly and relit the pilot. The water heater went out again a few months later and the maintenance team replaced the entire unit. Fast forward to the summer right as it started heating up, my AC went out. They were unable to repair as the temps kept rising and it reached over 90 in my apartment which was even hotter than the outside temp at that point. The maintenance team gave me a portable ac unit which I put in my bedroom with the door closed. It barely kept my room cool but I was still thankful and I made so in this situation for about a week before they finally replaced the entire AC unit. Overall, I feel the apartments are extremely dated and in dire need of renovations but the property owners are much too stingy to do that. My bathroom sink fixtures are so old that theres holes rusted through. The carpet is old and was kinda crunchy from a poor shampoo job. The walls look like theres 300 coats of paint. The kitchen appliance are also very old. I pay $900 for a one bedroom apartment. I could live downtown for this amount and I feel that I should at least have some updates and renovations. If I had the money, Id def move out but unfortunately I do not have a couple thousand to do so.
