What a great place to live! The staff is excellent and always responsive to all my questions and requests!
The office staff is very friendly yet professional. They are always ready to help with anything I need. The maintenance staff seem to take great pride in the work they do and the work is always completed in a very timely fashion.
The location is perfect since my spouse works in Indy and I work in Greenfield. Our property has a rural atmosphere and is a quiet community and we feel safe living here. We have a large property which makes dog walking and bicycling an enjoyment. The pool is well maintained and refreshing in the hot summer months. We will soon have a Dollar General located at the entrance to the property which will make shopping very easy :) The office staff is friendly and quick to resolve problems.
Safe; responsive management and maintenance, large apartments. Reasonably priced.
Would be nice if complex would keep up with pothole repair. Parking lot was just repaved in fall and parking lot already has a lot of potholes. Winter was not even that bad and way more potholes than there should be.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
