I personally love this community! I am so glad that I chose the Villas to call home! The office staff is always pleasant and quick to respond to my needs. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient as well
Just moved in. Regret so much. Carpets all messy and the paint is horrible! The wood floor has white paint all over and the wall paintings are so uneven. Already had problems with the shower.
Paint is of the worst kind. Nothing I have ever seen before. Really cheap for what we residents are paying for. Also, electric bills are about $300 for a 2/2 apartment. Its not just ours but most of the residents that have decided to speak up. To have AT&T give yoh service be prepared to wait a month or even more. Gabinets in the apartment are cheaply madr as well. Its not luxurious at all. And for what youll pay save yourself a headache and move somewhere else.
Not the best place to reside even though it says luxury, the paint is awful, the floors are buckling and the cabinets look horrific after less than two months being here. The staff is also not the nicest. Great neighborhood is probably the only good thing to say
I moved in here on August and even though the price is a little too high compared to other apartments in the area I liked that they were newly built so I assumed nothing could go wrong but honestly, you could find a better place to live for a fraction of the cost of this one. The oven broke in less that a month, took 2 weeks to have it fixed and the ladies that work at the leasing office are not the nicest. Apartments are very nice overall and the amenities are beautiful but for the price we are paying I was expecting a lot more. Also, the electric bill just came and it is extremely expensive for a 2BR apartment.
