Spring Lake

I lived there from dec2019-dec2020 the property manager Cara is amazing! She really cares about her job and the property and the people living there. Anytime I needed anything she handled it. I only had to call Maintenance once and they rushed right over and was so kind and great at fixing things. I enjoyed my time at spring lake! Id stay again if it wasnt for me and my parter getting a house! Thanks again for everything! MOVE HERE!

I have lived here going on 3 years in April and I enjoy it so much! Staff and maintenance are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else :)

Ive only lived here for about two months and I already regret it. From the day I moved in my dryer didnt work and they had to replace it but the replacement rips my clothes. I was told I wasnt allowed to bring my own appliances though even though they were brand new. My dishwasher and ice maker also have never worked and when I put in a work order it took almost a week for them to come only for maintenance to be here for two minutes and telling me it was fixed. Now the dishwasher wont stop leaking and the ice maker still doesnt work. All the appliances are really old and I expected more quality from an apartment that charges this much in rent. They also force you to pay for trash removal every month instead of you just taking it out on your own.

I like the place is really quiet and nice what I dont like it is the dogs poop for everywhere, whe we just moved there were a lot rats poop in the home, washer machine didnt work, they changed after one year( and all my clothes were ripped) dishwasher didnt work, and the fridge freeze all my food ( they changed too after I dropped all the food in garbage) when they changed they brought a very old fridge and soooo dirty looked like if they picked up from garbage. Wont renew.

Love Spring Lake Apartments!! The staff is very helpful and kind. Maintenance is very efficient! And I love that they are pet friendly.

We moved in before the new year and while we have been residents for just a small period of time we absolutely love it here. It's so close to anything we would need yet feels tucked far away from the busy areas surrounding. I absolutely love the neighbors pups, it's a very animal friendly community and that is something we value. The move in process couldn't have been easier and if there is an issue with repair they are very quick to resolve it. We tell anyone we meet about Spring Lake, it's our little get away from everything. Thanks to Ciara for all your help in the process!
