Roxbury Park is a small, pet-friendly community in a wooded country-like setting with a gorgeous lake to use for fishing or canoeing. We have a beautiful clubhouse with a huge deck overlooking the lake. There is playground for children and many community activities. We are within a 2 mile radius of downtown Goshen, Goshen College, IU Hospital, a variety retail shops, Concord Mall, US 20 By-Pass, restaurants. Roxbury Park is located in the Goshen Community School district.
Lease Terms
Lease Terms Offered: 12 mos. Full security deposit required with pets. Dogs and cats permitted. 1 pet per home. An additional rent charge of $25/month applies. Noisy, unruly or dangerous pets are not permitted, including Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls and Wolf Breeds. Applicant must pass criminal background and eviction search to be approved to live in community. Contact management office with any questions regarding lease terms.
