I have always liked this place to live

This place is a joke!!! Do NOT come here!!!! They charge my mother 500 for lot fees and 650 for trailer so a total of 1150 a mouth and dont have any freedom!!! She has a drive way that she has to share with maintenance and he is a joke!!! Crying about a vehicle in the drive that my mother pays for and its not even in the way!!! On top of that hes a creep that looks in windows and thinks hes In titled to do what ever he wants!!! Like he owns this place. She tried to talk to people in the office but they dont care!!! We are talking to a lawyer about someone of the claims they are trying to put on her and something so stupid as a beware of dog signs that other people have but because she dont kiss the maintenance guy butt or let him peek at her and tells them about it they want to start messing with her!!! Beware of this place a lot of shady stuff in the office and people they having working for them!! And also F.Y.I this place has people being found dead here!!! Do you homework people!!! Sun homes NO GOOD!! I wish my mom would have known what she knows now!!!!

They never responded to my inquiry! Bad business!

Constantly picking certain residents to mess with.Noticing some tenants do not have to clean up their leaves. wash their mobile homes. I have lived here 2 yrs, took 1 yr to fix the wall in the master bdrm but still have not gotten the siding repaired or the broken screen door glass in my front door.Have put in work orders. but somehow it never gets repaired. My hot water heater has 50% settlement in it asked the workman in the beginning about fixing it and was told that any appliances I would have to pay for even though I rent.

the office workers make it so much harder to live here...i have had nothing but problems with the women that run the office. ive asked for their supervisors info. they have denined me any contact with someone that is above them. these people are crooks and threatened my place of residence. unprofessional. DO NOT LIVE HERE. it would be nothing but a headache and they will not do as they say in their contracts unless it benefits them. i have other residence sign petitions to rid them of control over our finances. i will not let them take advantages of others as they do me and the current residences of brook side manor (sun home) sales

We are very happy living here! The staff is professional and take our questions and concerns seriously. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We feel safe and comfortable in our new neighborhood.
