Some issues here. You pay money for them to call you & say "WE ARE SORRY, BUT YOU ARE DENIED TO LIVE HERE. YOU ONLY HAVE A 540 CREDIT SCORE , ONE $300 DEBT ON REPORT IN PAST 5 YEARS." What a money scandal! So, I guess you have to be perfect in credit, have an income 3x higher than your rent and be perfect with background check to get into there dump apartments. To Westwind, I am not buying a house or a car & I do not have to have perfect credit to live in an apartment. So, I did a check on you WEST WIND & you come back denied as you are crooked. GET OVER YOURSELVES, YOU ARE NOT BOARDWALK OR PARKPLACE, so lower your high standards and get another rip off service to run your background credit checks. My credit is not high, but it is not bad credit, but you do not know the difference.

I loved living at west wind a few incidents happened while I lived there but over all I felt safe.

Staff was very professional,friendly, and informative about the questions I had. I'm now waiting to hear the decision. Not sure how long it takes but I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

I called inquiring about these apartments, the office lady was very unprofessional, condescending and rude. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

When I first moved in things were nice. The people in the front office were nice and maintenance was fast. Things went down hill though. The washers and dryers are big issue because they are shared and someone thinks it's funny to open people's dryers mid cycle and not close them so the timer runs out and the clothes don't dry. Multiple washers and dryers have been broken and not fixed. The internet can only be purchased through them and added on to your rent. It's twice as much if you were to get internet anywhere else. Right before Thanksgiving, three apartments were broken into. Mine was one of them. My door was kicked in and the door and door handle were broken. It took the community a week to fix that door and when they did, the door was the wrong size! The door handle doesn't even latch anymore and the deadbolt is the only thing keeping the door closed. There is about an inch gap on the bottom and side of the door. I can actually see into my apartment through the crack when the door is closed. I was told that they ordered the wrong size and were getting the correct doors. This was 3 weeks ago. I called the front office and the one girl (Ashley) told me they would have a new door on by the end of the day. I know she was lying right to me on the phone. When I went to the front office to talk to Ryan (the property manager) he said that it takes a long time to get new doors in, to which I asked about why it only took a week the first time. He said they already had them in stock (the wrong sized ones)! I then asked why it took a week to install that door that they already had in stock. Every time he had an excuse. "I'm doing my best" is the only answer I could get. It's not safe here and the property manager doesn't car.
