I really enjoyed living here! The apartments were fresh & clean. I loved having a washer & dryer in unit. Plus, I had a pond & fountain in the back of my unit & it was amazing! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. For the price & amenities it's literally a no brainer to live here!
I have dealt with Sherri Reavis primarily ever since I have lived here and NEVER had a need to go above her to Management. She, and the rest of the office staff are absolutely FANTASTIC and Really on their game. And Maintenance here is amazing specially Ken Umphrey and Steve Anderson. They have been the ones that have primarily run misc issues here in my building and they are both Excellent at their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend Southbridge to anyone searching for a great home community.
My electric bills range is very low, as low as $16 a month, the heat is free each unit has a washer and dryer. During the winter, the pavement is ice free when i leave for work each morning, which is a huge plus for me being a single woman. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and overlooks a beautiful pond, i call my apartment the penthouse , which is what it reminds me of daily.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
