They show you updated apartments but dont tell you that theyre more expensive just for a slightly newer stove and fridge. When I moved in it was a random apartment with a different floor plan then either of the ones I saw and toured. The maintenance doesnt fix anything right, they complain when they have to fix their mistakes, and theyll walk right into your apartment after 1-2 knocks. The parking lots are littered with trash that people throw onto the ground. Overall, the townhouses are a lot cleaner then the regular apartments though.

I don't think I can get in as my local credit is terrible and I have already put out over $200.00 for local credit, but former landlord will give me good reference for past 8 1/2 years there

Young couple moved into 2 Br. Unit April 1. During the walk through the broken cracked bedroom window glass was identified and the office staff Ashlee was emailed, who followed up and said she would put in a work order. I followed up with her again May 11 via email because this issue is still not resolved. The plumbing isnt right, we've had leaks and flooding happen whether we use the dishwasher or not. We've had water issues 3 times where its flooded the floor to slow drainage, the dishwasher hasn't been a functional ammenity advertised. Our AC went out its 85 in the apartment while our AC sits on 72. When the offoce was called about this issie we were told they would get to us today or tomorrow they were busy. Not impressed
