Everyone has been extremely helpful. The apartment was spotless at move in and the complex is clean in general.

The campus is beautiful and the staff is very good at keeping it up to date and well maintained. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in. Maintenance staff has been wonderful with our requests.

They look interesting

I would advise all to stay away from this complex. On the outside they seem nice and the floor plans are pretty roomy but beware that looks aren't everything. We moved in while they were running a promotion and signed a year lease. About a month after moving in it started getting cold and we noticed that our windows seemed to be leaking. Maintenance came and checked them out and even called the window installer to be sure they were leaking. We were told that a few other units had the same issue and that come spring they would install new ones. So not the best solution because now we had to deal with leaky windows all winter but whatever we just put some plastic over them and kept the heat low. Once spring came around they told us they no longer would be installing new windows. So I feel bad for whoever moves into our unit as they will be inheriting the leaking windows and frost coming into the apartment from the patio door leaking. Speaking of heat the electric bills get a bit high. The units are all electric so that is to be expected but with leaky windows expect to pay quite a bit in the winter. The maintenance guys are super nice when they actually get requests and decide to come in. This could be an issue with their online request system but the few times we did need something they took quite a while to do anything about it. We had a leaking pipe in out maintenance closet that we noticed and it took them a week to come out. Luckily it was a slow leak so nothing super bad came of it but still not ideal. We also have a dog and while there is plenty of room to walk people are TERRIBLE about picking up after themselves. I will say a positive note is they always had poop baggies available and even had little poop trash cans that were a nice touch. The worst part of this complex however was when we got our renewal notice our rent was due to increase by $300+ per month. We did sign on during a promotion but were assure rent would not increase by more than 10%.

Beautiful and super friendly

Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance staff very friendly and prompt in taking care of needs. Leasing/ office staff friendly and professional.
