Island Club Apartments has great management & maintenance personnel!!! Management is always helpful and maintenance are prompt when requested. The grounds stays clean and landscaping is done regularly. Neighbors are very polite, its a peaceful environment, and pet friendly. Highly recommended!

We love it here. The walk in closets are amazing. They also have a pickleball court.

Absolutely horrible. One Neighbor threatened to shoot our other neighbors, brought it to the attention of the front office, nothing was done. Told them I was leaving due to concern for my safety. Had 5 months left on my lease. Charged me 4 months rent to break the lease, even though I feared for my safety. Do not care about their residents. Only care about money, and theyll take you over the coals any chance they get.

I miss living there. I was upset that at the end of my lease they were increasing my rent so much. I went to a cheaper apartment down the road. Wow cheaper is not better. Can't wait to move back to Island Club. October is so far away.
