So far, we have had nothing but pleasant experience staying at Canterbury Green Apartments. We were fortunate to be given a unit right in front of the golf course with a view to the water and the course, and we feel very lucky staying there, watching the golfers, the geese and listening to the birds. Overall, after looking at the other apartment complexes in the area, we strongly feel we made a very good choice in choosing Canterbury Green. The leasing staff, the technicians, etc, are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is also very convenient, as it is near everything.... shopping, restaurants, Church. Given an opportunity, we would always recommend it to friends looking for an apartment in Fort Wayne.

We have lived in Canterbury many years. Three different locations. We really are totally pleased and satisfied in all respects. Maintenance has always been immediate and well done. We would and have recomended Canterbury highly. We have no complaints and believe it or not, in this day and age, we are very happy in our choice.

Overall, okay housing. But I couldnt say anything else better about this place. Its very overpriced for what you get. They arent updated too much even when you get the most updated (a level 5). Their maintenance is hit or miss. We had 1 good guy who was so nice and good I really dont think he worked for Canterbury. But the other times we had maintenance it either took forever to get taken care of or never did. 2 requests never got taken care of. Our whole stay here we had huge chipmunk issues. The woods were the backyard but nothing got taken care of enough to those who were extremely persistent. Chipmunks made it into our walls and ceiling. They chewed through the rotting wood at the patio door and shredded the foundation under the carpet by the door. Earlier in the spring of this year (2020) a chipmunk made its way into our home. They chewed through the rotten wood and carpet and made its way into our kitchen. It contaminated the floors and carpet and my closet upstairs! I went to the office in person that day and told the lady working and she told me someone would come out and take care of it right away. No one ever showed up. That night me and my roommates took care of it OURSELVES. After that happened I had to take care of the hole in the carpet cause no one still came out. Mice also live in the ceilings. Mine and my neighbors on both sides of me heard critters in the ground, walls, and ceilings. 4 months after the request was placed the rotten wood was taken care of but nothing else. Our move out date was July 8th. We moved into our new place in early June. We havent been in Canterbury for almost a month until the weekend we came to clean. We moved out everything for everyday life the day we got the keys to the new place. It is now July 20th and we are getting billed random stuff that we didnt do/ took care of. This place nickels and dimes you and you pay extra fees for stuff you dont realize until you look at your receipt for the month.

Bad news. High energy costs because of big cracks on the outside of the buildings. Old heating and ventilation systems that are noisy and inefficient. Staff does not reply to your emails. Litigious and arrogant company. Second hand smoke comes through the walls and floors. Nobody really cares.

My wife and I have lived out here for 3 1/2 years. And I can say we totally enjoyed ourselves here. The staff is very nice and helpful. We are now at the time or moving but due to medical problems that was out of the control of me or my wife we are now face with hoping we can remain here. Sometimes everything can hit you at one time. I spoke with the leasing office and they are helping now to work out something with us. Mainly just needing to keep our monthly payment were we can remain comfortable. Hoping everything work out for us being we are really going through something right at this present moment

Canterbury Green Apartments are on the North East side of Fort Wayne, IN and less than 15 miles from Fort Wayne International Airport. Apartments all come with washers/dryers, private patios/balconies and large closets. Many homes have fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, covered carports or garages and lake/golf course views. Pet friendly community has four swimming pools, fitness center, sauna and game room with three pool tables. Two racquetball courts, three tennis courts, 18-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball and playground.
