So far, we have had nothing but pleasant experience staying at Canterbury Green Apartments. We were fortunate to be given a unit right in front of the golf course with a view to the water and the course, and we feel very lucky staying there, watching the golfers, the geese and listening to the birds. Overall, after looking at the other apartment complexes in the area, we strongly feel we made a very good choice in choosing Canterbury Green. The leasing staff, the technicians, etc, are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is also very convenient, as it is near everything.... shopping, restaurants, Church. Given an opportunity, we would always recommend it to friends looking for an apartment in Fort Wayne.

We have lived in Canterbury many years. Three different locations. We really are totally pleased and satisfied in all respects. Maintenance has always been immediate and well done. We would and have recomended Canterbury highly. We have no complaints and believe it or not, in this day and age, we are very happy in our choice.

Ive had raccoons in the attic above my top floor apartment for nearly 3 months now, and Canterbury has yet to remove them. They are extremely reluctant to provide information as to updates on the situation or how they are taking care of it other than saying the issue is outsourced to a pest control company. How is a pest control company unable remove raccoons that are in the exact same spot every night? Canterbury is unable to keep up maintenance of their rentals. This is not only a nuisance but a health code issue. Raccoons scratch above my ceiling all night, not to mention the defication and urination happening up there. It is disgusting living with this.
