So far, we have had nothing but pleasant experience staying at Canterbury Green Apartments. We were fortunate to be given a unit right in front of the golf course with a view to the water and the course, and we feel very lucky staying there, watching the golfers, the geese and listening to the birds. Overall, after looking at the other apartment complexes in the area, we strongly feel we made a very good choice in choosing Canterbury Green. The leasing staff, the technicians, etc, are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is also very convenient, as it is near everything.... shopping, restaurants, Church. Given an opportunity, we would always recommend it to friends looking for an apartment in Fort Wayne.

We have lived in Canterbury many years. Three different locations. We really are totally pleased and satisfied in all respects. Maintenance has always been immediate and well done. We would and have recomended Canterbury highly. We have no complaints and believe it or not, in this day and age, we are very happy in our choice.

I would never recommend this complex to anyone I cared for. I have been a resident for 3 years. I have paid my rent each month and on time. The apartments are run down and overpriced for their conditions. The leasing staff are unorganized and have no sense of urgency on getting back to residents with questions and concerns. This month they lost my rent check and were unapologetic about doing so. They expected me to write another check to them. Just awful.

The apartments are old and the units in Truemper Way lack adequate maintenance. We moved in Spring, and little we knew that the doors, windows and patio doors aren't properly sealed. The winter was horrible as inspite of having insulation kits, it was way too cold. Have lived in apartments in Northeast where it is much colder, but those were properly sealed and had good heat insulation.

Similarly the flooring in Kitchen and bathrooms are slippery. Apartments are simply too old or lack maintenance.
