So far, we have had nothing but pleasant experience staying at Canterbury Green Apartments. We were fortunate to be given a unit right in front of the golf course with a view to the water and the course, and we feel very lucky staying there, watching the golfers, the geese and listening to the birds. Overall, after looking at the other apartment complexes in the area, we strongly feel we made a very good choice in choosing Canterbury Green. The leasing staff, the technicians, etc, are all very friendly and accommodating. The location is also very convenient, as it is near everything.... shopping, restaurants, Church. Given an opportunity, we would always recommend it to friends looking for an apartment in Fort Wayne.

We have lived in Canterbury many years. Three different locations. We really are totally pleased and satisfied in all respects. Maintenance has always been immediate and well done. We would and have recomended Canterbury highly. We have no complaints and believe it or not, in this day and age, we are very happy in our choice.

Awful...just awful. Customer service is pathetic & fees are outrageous. Unless you have the money and the patience for this place; I'd stay away.

The only reason Im giving Canterbury three stars is due to their timely response of maintence.. because unfortunately our apartment needed it often. If moving here make sure (or try) to get an updated apartment. Ours was not. We had many issues from sink, toilets running, dryer breaking, ceiling leaking through vent, door leaking in water when it rained causing our floor to be wet, as well as cold air in the winter coming in through window and back sliding door. Our bills sky rocketed and we ended up having to tape towels and blankets in the cracks. in my opinion the management team was unprofessional and unorganized. Our neighbor had a dog who barked and cried at all hours of the day and we would regularly wake up from 2-4am to the dog crying or barking. being a dog lover it was hard for me to complain, but after 2.5 months of this going on we finally said something to the management team.......where we didnt even get a response back regarding the situation. Overall, Canterbury was doable but by no means enjoyable.

The lovely views and tranquil setting does not make up for a cold uncaring office staff and incompetence. Communication with them is terrible - I have often left 2 or more voicemails and still didn't receive a return call. Trying to get repairs done is very difficult because instead of tt maintenance, you have to tt a call center who's employees don't understand what the problem is, and maintenance often comes twice for the same problem even though the first worker repaired the problem.Also the electric bills are very high.
