I am relocating from Ohio and went on a tour of this facility on 5.13.17. The clubhouse, fitness center and pool were beautiful. However, the apartment manager, Lori, gave me three different availability dates. I advised my current lease is up on 6.30.17 and she stated a unit would be available end of June or July. That is a big gap. In addition, she didn't know how much the unit was going for. I had a few friends that were local come with me. Lori rarely addressed me when giving the tour and didn't really listen. I stated I have a child going to elementary school and inquired about bus stops. Lori, on several occasions, proceeded to tell me about the high school.
Both ladies in the office were kind of rude and didn't really listen to the questions. It's like they had blanket answers that didn't really answer my questions.

The property is dated but looked taken care of. There were people out walking the grounds and it was family friendly. My main concern is they were not able to answer basic questions about the unit, give one not two or three dates thay the unit would be available and did not listen. If they are not able to listen during the sales pitch, how can I be confident they will listen and respond accordingly if there is an issue?

It just has been very "easy" and hassle free to arrange for leasing, moving into, and living here.

Good value for the money, safe, comfortable community. Some of the buildings are aging and there's nothing spectacular about the outside appearances of the buildings, garages and carports. However, I'm not entirely concerned with that. Maintenance items are quickly addressed, as are other concerns as they're raised.

I like the enviroment of the place, but it woul be better if the apparment were updated. The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms and door are really all. I would be able to pay more if these items were updated.
One good idea would be to repaid the issues that we report into the check-list at the moment to move to the aparment.
One think that I really dislike is that some people who have dogs are using the green area close to the balconies to left the pupu dog there.
