    I signed a lease here in January for an apartment being leased in March. 2 weeks before move in I received a phone call stating that the apartment wasn't available. Someone in their office failed to file proper paperwork and they had to honor that the current tenant didn't plan to move. There was never any effort on their part to make other accommodations for their mistake. Instead, they said they could refund my application fee or I could pay more to rent a different apartment. Come to find out from corporate the lease was for April even though I had been told multiple times March. They are unorganized and have no clue what is happening in their office. Don't bother calling because they don't answer their phones. This was hopefully a rare case but these are their standards! Just a "Sorry, we can refund you or you can pay more money to rent a different apartment." 2 weeks before I thought I was moving!! There's plenty of other complexes that will go above and beyond to satisfy their tenants. Sadly, this isn't one of them.
