Reason being is the the lady Chris that is assisting you with the application is rude. She comes of as your annoying her with questions very dry and unwelcoming. Makes you NOT WANT TO EVEN try to get into the apartment.
We do not live in this complex, but the backyard of our house borders the complex due to how the neighborhoods connect.
Overall we have had zero issues with any apartment residents. Nobody is noisy or anything like that.
However, this complex does not seem to adequately empty its dumpsters enough to Lee it from overflowing. As a result, we keep having trash blow into our yard- food wrappers, takeout containers, disposable masks.. This is creating not just a nuisance for us, but a safety issue for our dogs when theyre let out in the yard.
Ive tried to reach out to this complex since October to get some answers but have had zero luck. If Im frustrated by this I can only imagine the residents are too, if they cant take the trash out when they need to.
update 3/15/21: a call with the property manager really was not productive at all whatsoever. the complex is extremely vague in the 'measures' they're taking to combat the issue and also pointing fingers at our neighborhood, saying we're all dumping trash in the dumpster. i could understand if she meant boxes or large items, but we're finding small loose trash such as takeout wrappers in our yard. She claims it's worse after the weekend, however this does not make sense because our neighborhood trash pickup(s) is Monday/Tuesday. They 'did not know' who owned the fence line but assume it was put in by the apartment complex and refuse to take ownership for its condition or do anything to fix it. they wouldn't even share what days the trash is getting picked up like it was confidential information.
If they're this wishy washy on something as menial as a dumpster, i can only imagine how they would be on actual issues with building maintenance and repairs. i'd opt to look elsewhere if you're considering renting a unit here.
I would like to say that Jason is the best maintenance worker they have EVER had. I have been here 12 years. I had some AC problems and Jason got me back up and running. He has made this easier because he stays in top of the job until it is done. He also brought their portable AC to try to keep us as cool as we could be. Thank you Jason for your hard work and dedication. I appreciate you so much!!

Very little email information provided back. No follow up from office. You need to call them directly. Heads up. Fixed income property. Headaches can come with it. Nice area. A plus, it's in Fishers School District.
