I am embarrassed that I suggested my son and his wife to live here. When I did the pool was always clean even on weekends. The sides didn't have black scum build up. It was always inviting. The aluminum siding has moss growing on it and dead bugs where they gather around the light. I know spray washing can be done. Some of the gutters have little trees growing out of them. What has happened. No wonder there are over 20 available apartments. Shame. Shame
Resident in 4416 Chatham building 11 is insanely loud. Management doesnt seem to be interested in having them turn their trash music down. These are town homes in this row, so when theyre partying downstairs, theyre music is still incredibly loud when Im upstairs in my bedroom, keeping me awake. Ive been here three years never heard another neighbor. Until now. I pay a decent amount to live here, apparently if its not quiet hours you can be as disruptive and as loud as youd like regardless if you disturb your neighbors or not. This is every Saturday and Sunday most of the day. I suppose I could brush up on legalities, see what my options are and just start calling the police about the matter. Also, I filled out the review form on the residents page, accidentally saying I would refer to a friend. I wouldnt refer this place to anyone ever. Not after this fiasco. Maybe if more of these bad reviews about the matter show up on apartment related sites theyre interest in getting this resolved will grow.
A lot of fake reviews in this page. Do your self a favor and stay away. Be wary of overly positive reviews. This is not a pleasant experience. You can here your neighbors. Craftsmanship of units is terrible. They dont follow up with complaints. The one maintenance man Ive met seems pretty all right. But this noise issue and staff dropping the ball is absurd. As for anonymity Incase they retaliate. Not even worried. Ill copy and and paste this every where they have ads until they decide they have an interest in having this idiot turn his music down.
Management is the rudest I have ever experienced. The apartments stay trashed and unfixed 24/7 something is always wrong. The property manager has verbally assaulted me multiple times because they refuse to fix anything in our apartment. Disgusting place to live. I am embarrassed to be renting here. Do not
