What can you say about an apartment complex? The apartments are the standard 1-2 bedroom accommodations and are nothing to speak of. What makes living there pleasant are the amenities and the staff.

The club house is an incredibly nice place to relax and unwind. They have a comfortable meeting area for group parties, a nicely maintained pool and a decent fitness room. Unlike other complexes, the laundry room on site is large, clean and has a good number of both washers and dryers. They have an extremely large parking lot for vehicles and you dont have to use an assigned space. You can also rent covered parking for vehicles. Also unlike many other complexes, there are many garbage containers on site and they have a decent pick up schedule so they dont overflow. They are also at each of the units so you dont have to walk to the other side of the complex.

Natalie is the property manager and she affable and most adept at handling the daily issues at the units. Rachel handles all of the accounts and is professional, efficient and goes the extra mile to answer any questions you have about the applications, contracts or your account. Nichole and Phil also work in the office and are quite pleasant to deal with when you have to pay bills, request maintenance or handle other matters.

There are a lot of apartments to choose from. This one is conveniently located and priced well. And with those amenities and that caliber of staff, you are doing very well.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They also have a great pet policy. However there isnt a lot of space and very little room for storage so its difficult for two people who I live in the one bedroom apartment together.

I've lived at the timbers for about 7 months now. I have no complainants really except I wish they were a little bit bigger. But the people in the office are understanding and really nice! Maintance is pretty good about fixing problems within the apartment the day of the work order. It's in a good location of town. The people in the office are very helpful with questions. I would definitely recommend this place for a friend or relative to love!
