I have been here for around 3 years. I have never had a bad incident or anything. I love it. Everyone is always so kind, if anything goes wrong they will go out of their way to help. The apartments are very nice and you can paint the walls.

They maintained contact and resolved any issues I had via email. Maintenance was great. While I was there regency bought new Windows and sliding doors. No complaints from me!

I no longer live at Regency Club Apts, and I have to say that when I moved in I thought it was a dream come true , but then right before Christmas I came home to a flooded apt and thank goodness my son had been there because the apt above me had a flood in their bathroom and it came through my bathroom ceiling flooding my whole apt , This is the beginning of a nightmare for me and the worst I have ever been treated , So many people that didnt do their job and it took a month to finally get someone to look at the damage to my apt , that is because I emailed the corporate office , I did go to the office to try and talk to someone since I couldn't get anyone when calling just the answering machine and I didnt even know which of the two very rude women were the manager and left in tears so fast forward to a month later , The regional director called the day before I had an appt with attorney and agreed to come over and see the damage, the walls were bubbling and ceiling was crumbling etc .. I was hopeful and cancelled appt with attorney and was told one person would be helping me with all the steps to make things right, I came home to big section of wall cut out and was told that I would have to leave it uncovered it was horrible and then found out that there were termites in that wall after they uncovered it so they were going to have to do more extensive work I was told I was being moved to another apartment of course I had to pack everything up and get everything ready or they wouldn't move it and then I had to unpack which I did not want to have to move my apartment and it was upgraded they said and I wouldn't have to pay the upgrade they neglected to tell me that when the year was up they were going to make me pay an increase in rent and the upgrade fee which would have been $85 more a month and if that had been in the lease I wouldn't have agreed to move into that apt , much more to say but out of space will update soon
