This apartment complex is awesome the staff I love them and the manager is so understanding.

This place is great! Friendly office staff, maintenance is timely and respectful, and prices are very competitive to others of this size. I noticed a little issue with children playing in the parking lot, but that has since lessened. Only thing I think it needs is free WiFi, they do provide free cable though.

Not a place for small children to live. There is no play area other than the driveways and cars speed through after the office closes creating a risk for small children. You are going to get a basic apartment with no amenities. The last two years since a new management company arrived the area has become rated high risk with a resident shot in the face on what may have been a drug deal gone wrong. There are parties on weekends that can last until 4 AM. My advice is spend a couple extra dollars and rent where it is safe. Reading the comments on here they were posted when the previous employees were here.

I love it here. Kirsten is always easy to work with and is just all around a great person. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to fix anything wrong should it come up. The tent is very reasonable and its close to Holy Spirit catholic school. We have been here 4 years and I think next year will be our last as Im wanting to but a house. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking.

My apartment is great! The area is not. Maintenance is great at responding quickly to fix any issues my apartment has. There is a make shift dog park for my dog, which is great except that area is not well kept. We do have a trash issue here.
