It's a nice quiet area, set off of the main traffic road but so close to anything you need, like the grocery, pharmacy, movies, etc. The residents are friendly and keep their balconies and decks decorated nicely with plants. I NEVER see pet waste, which is incredible in my opinion compared to other places I've lived. The staff keeps up on the place really nicely, because it looks just as good- if not better- as it did when my sister lived here ten years ago.

When first moving down here we struggled to find a place due to having pets. The property manager here worked with us and welcomed us with open arms. If we ever had a problem she was very responsive and it was fixed the same day sometimes just an hour after it was mentioned. The grounds are maintained really well and the overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly. I feel really safe here and enjoy my neighbors.

It is Feb. and I inquired about a June, 2 bedroom rental 5 mins. I already got a response will have an upstairs unit available April 14th. Extremely fast reply. I hope I get future updates.

Im currently a resident at Kenzi Estates, but moving because i became a homeowner. I loved living here! Im a single mom with 2 boys and I felt safe and comfortable here. The apartment was super clean when we moved in, our neighbors were wonderful, the maintenance man Brian was always on top of things and Sheila the manager was wonderful!!! I highly recommend Kenzi Estates!
