Run, run, run. This place doesn't deserve 1 stat, but I had no choice. Bad management and practices have produced major problems witih hordes of mice and cockroached ruining everything in your apartment . Absolutely no concern for current residents, their possessions or your health. They destroy your property with no concerns. They allow bad tenemts to move in again with no concern for current residents. This place is evil and trust me when I say it's all about $ and what they can get out of you. Once you move in there done with you. Especially if you're on state sect.ion 8 and not theirs. They make more $ off of their own. Discriminatory to the 10 th decree. Again run from this property. I wish I would never have met them. They are liers and can not be trusted with your personal property. I have lost most of my belongings because of this place and they do not care! Again, run, run, run. This place should be shut down.

I like what I See...

I like that some units have a private yard with a wood fince. I am excited to fill out my application

I cannot recommend this place. It used to be moderately pleasant, but management changed in the last couple years. I have lived here for more than 8 years and always paid rent on time, and been patient with the time they take to do repair. This month my rent was 2 days late after the grace period and they sent me a letter threatening me with legal action and eviction unless I paid the rent with a cashier's check within 3 days. Nice treatment of a long term resident, huh?

Love it here. Whenever I call in for something to be fixed the maintenance guys are always very promote. All the ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. When I ask for a smaller unit with fenced in yard they made sure that I got what I wanted. Grounds are well kept and maintained. Safe community and great place to live.
