Bad management they dont follow through on what they say theyre going to do they dont come out and inspect anything with any hurry its when they get around to it weve gone through for maintenance guys in the last three years when we moved in I want to give it a five but since it changed hands I wouldnt give it a one
Ive now tried for two full days to get my air conditioning fixed. I was told the first day the maintenance would be by and after hours of waiting I called again to see what time he would be coming because it was getting pretty late and it was in the high 70s. I was then informed by maintenance on the second call that the manager said he didnt have to come until the morning unless it was 80 degrees outside. I informed him I had called in the morning and I have a four year old who is unable to sleep in an apartment that is 82 degrees inside. Still he couldnt help and I was told I had to wait until the following day. It is now 5:00 PM the second day and it was 80 degrees today. I was told if its not 85 degrees outside its not an emergency and he would try to make it today but had 3 people ahead of me. I believe we need more maintenance in this apartment complex. We are sweating in our home and the heat is unbearable. With the statewide law that we arent supposed to be outside unless its an emergency this is really upsetting that me and my daughter have had to take a few cold showers to even cool down. Hopefully this gets resumed today but it looks like Im out of luck again.
I have enjoyed my time at Cross Lake Apartments! I have felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it is quiet! Anytime Ive had any trouble, Ive always been helped. The office staff has always been pleasurable and friendly. My apartment was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
Whatever you do, run away from this place. The staff will not follow through on anything they say, and the manager is terrible. She has ran off maintenance crew so they can't get any work done for any tenants or it takes 6 months and that's only if you repeatedly contact them. Be sure to get everything recorded and in writing because they will come back and say they had no proof of any conversations.
en I was first shown an apartment by Emily, I was shown a gorgeous open plan, hard wood floors, patio- PERFECT! It was a 2 bed 2 bath. I signed up immediately because she said the one we would get would be just like it. Well it isnt. Carpeting, very closed in plan, our floors in the bathrooms are horrible because our FIRST NIGHT our washer, disherwasher, and ice maker all flooded the apartment!!! We had water EVERYWHERE. We have a son so we immediately were trying to find a number to call, but couldnt even find a number on the lease for maintenance. I had to call a ton of people trying to figure it out! Then, they told me that they werent concerned about mold so they took 2-3 days to send somebody to cry the carpet and said it was fine. We had water coming up the floors in the bathroom and kitchen for weeks! Our windows leak- which has been fixed and had a horrible mice infestation! I called and called trying to get somebody to come out to look but we ended up having. To do it all ourselves and killed TWELVE MICE IN ONE WEEK!!! We signed up for a garage- DONT. Its $75/mo not $50, and the walls are covered in styrofoam and its not kept up at all! I complained bc there were holes all in it, half of it was carpeted and just looked disgusting. I got a snotty response and sent away. Our dryer also doesnt work anymore so Ive been trying to get that fixed for two weeks now!! DONT LIVE HERE
