Beautiful place to call home. The staff is great and always quick to respond. I have a beautiful lake view, pool, gym and no lawn to mow. It almost feels like you're on vacation!

We were very happy here for about a year and a half. It's a nice property. However, part of management seems to have changed, and it shows. Every month we get a new VERY ANGRY, ALL CAPITALS email about something petty. Just today, it was about the broken trash compactor. Over the summer, it was about them closing the pool to punish everyone because some people were using it after hours. We'll be moving out soon.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and we loved the maintenance crew. And as long as you do not have to deal with the main office, you will be fine. But both in leasing an apartment, and now ending our lease, we ran into many communication problems with the leasing office. From taking days to return phone calls, almost renting us the wrong apartment, giving us carports that someone else was already renting, and now charging us for the move-in special ($350 off) that we received when we moved in, we were/are disappointed with the management of the property. They did not communicate with us well, and made us feel like we were dealing with an unfeeling corporation vs. people who care. I do not know if they are just understaffed, because when we did get talk to the staff, they were very friendly, but we were disappointed.
