I just resigned my lease due to the friendly and helpful staff. If there are any issues they respond very quickly. It is also quite where I am at and I enjoy that.

Amazing and helpful staff, always available comfortable living and amazing neighbors with great parking. :) perfect for a first apartment for my little girl and i. I couldn't be more pleased

Place was so run down. I would never rent here. Was told they had an apartment ready to move in. Freezer door would not close after being opened. Dead bugs throughout apartment. Stove was filthy. Rips in screens to balcony.

Staff very friendly. Pool and club house were great, the location seemed to give off a sketchy feeling. Staff said they dont have much problems with crime or noise.

I really like the floor plans of the 2 bedroom premiere and the elite ones also look very spacious and am very interested in doing a walk through immediately

I havent ever had problems with them in the two years Ive been here. Only complaint I have with them now is my neighbor who is constantly blaring music and their bass system all hours of the day and night. The bass is so bad that my whole apartment shakes, the floors and walls and Ive had stuff fall over and break from it. Ive said something to the office and never got a response(emailed due to the virus and I work while the office is open) and Ive had to call the cops twice now and they are still doing it. Other neighbors have noticed this problem to with the neighbor, theres a baby next door to them and they are doing this as late at 2am. I was going to renew my lease for one more year but now Im not so sure because I cant keep calling the police and dealing with my whole apartment shaking constantly and not being able to sleep, its a stress I dont need.
