When is the leasing office opening back up to people being able to come in again? It is so hard to get in touch with someone to ask basic questions anymore and when someone does finally reach out, they are always rude.

We keep getting notices that all of the employees are leaving except for the Property Manager Rebecca. What is going on here? First Colin, then Christopher, and now Perry? I am a little worried to say the least. I hope things do not go downhill again like they did when Rebecca first started. Yikes!

When I lived here it was great. However, when I moved out, it was quite complicated and aweful. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill which was fine. The remaining balance was $26. They sent a paper in the mail stating I would be receiving a check for the amount of $26. The check I received was for $126 which came with a phone call that said they made a mistake and wanted me to deposit the check and take out a $100 money order. Heres the reason I cant do that.. I dont have a bank here so if I were to cash it, it would cost me, plus the cost of the money order. So I tried to return the check but they refused with the response it was already submitted to me. So I shredded the check in front of them to void it and told them they could just send me a new one with the correct amount. Instead of it going that easy, they said they were taking it to collections because I owed them $100. Which is confusing since I declined the overpaid check, so they still owe me $26. Im not exactly sure where their mind set is with this issue, they were just absolutely no help what so ever. Good luck when you guys move out!

My family and I moved to Ashley Pointe this summer and we have never loved a home more! We immediately felt welcome by the kind and warm staff, our neighbors are super friendly, and the entire atmosphere just feels more like home than just an apartment. We live in a three bedroom town home and we pay the same price we paid for a tiny apartment on the west side. If you are looking for a safe and inviting place to raise a family, this is the place to go!
