Im am excited to come and see Addison Place

When we moved in the bathroom floor was coming up and had mildew under the floor and clearly someone had smoked in there even after we cleaned the ceiling and the walls there was still smoke residue the floors were not clean and had tons of animal hair in the carpet the baseboards have animal hair painted on them there's holes in the carpet, stains in the doorway of the kitchen, the kitchen cabinets had stains on them, there were dead bugs everywhere when we moved in and still we find roaches and other bugs in the apartment the lock on the front door was loose and the smell in the kitchen and the cabinets was absolutely awful paying $800+ for a 1 bed 1 bath is ridiculous plus all the issues we've had before we moved in they showed us a model apartment that looked very nice and clean I'm disappointed and disgusted I would never recommend anyone live here

DO NOT ! I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I havent even been here a year and have had numerous of problems. They show you the model apartment but not your actual apartment. You get to your apartment and of course its all nice when you get in there but then there are bugs. You call them and they tell you they will come out. They put you on a list but they come out and do NOTHING!! The tile in the bathroom is coming up off the floor. The sink leaks from the faucet to the floor. At one point the dishwasher water leaked to the floor as well. Put in several work orders. When you call you get a call center not the actual apartment office people who are here! You have to call numerous amounts of time after you have done a work order two-three weeks ago!! My friend warned me before moving here but i did not listen. I said not all experiences are the same. Boy, was i wrong! Yall please listen to me and save your time, energy and money!! Get on google and look at those reviews as well!!

Friendly courteous staff works hard to make sure the property is maintained. They do the small things that make it enjoyable to live here like: food truck day, Hawaiian pool days, taco day, holidays..

Once again, I am forced to make a review to protect future residents. Im an advocate for a resident here. This time it is about a ROACH issue. He had to go to the office, (you cant call and tell them anything) and they said, Well handle that in a month. A MONTH? By that time, there will be an infestation!! One female can produce up to 130 eggs in that time and that is just from one female. This just makes me sick. He lost his keys and they want to charge him $35 for a key?? How do you sleep at night. He was provided very cheap blinds for the window but half of them have fallen out and they want HIM to pay for the new blinds. He cant afford the blinds on a fixed income. Do they care- no. If you do you decide to become a resident here dont forget to give them a two month notice before you want to move or they will charge you an extra two months!! They never clean the hallways either. Im only complaining because all of this is true and honestly disgusts me. If something happens to happen during the time that you pay rent, (his car broke down and wasnt able to get the rent there on time.) ONE day late. They charged him a $100 late fee for something he had no control over. (That $100 was to fix his car that now just sits in the driveway.) I understand that we have deadlines, but there should be some exceptions. Especially since hes on a fixed income. Id look around for a better place is all. For everyone that read this review, have an amazing day!! **IF YOU ENJOY ROACHES, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!! I honestly wish that there was something nice to say. Oh they have a pool, so youll have a water bill for that too. (There isnt even a bathroom in the pool area.) Have a great day! Make good choices
