Friendly courteous staff works hard to make sure the property is maintained. They do the small things that make it enjoyable to live here like: food truck day, Hawaiian pool days, taco day, holidays..
Once again, I am forced to make a review to protect future residents. Im an advocate for a resident here. This time it is about a ROACH issue. He had to go to the office, (you cant call and tell them anything) and they said, Well handle that in a month.
A MONTH? By that time, there will be an infestation!! One female can produce up to 130 eggs in that time and that is just from one female. This just makes me sick.
He lost his keys and they want to charge him $35 for a key?? How do you sleep at night. He was provided very cheap blinds for the window but half of them have fallen out and they want HIM to pay for the new blinds. He cant afford the blinds on a fixed income. Do they care- no.
If you do you decide to become a resident here dont forget to give them a two month notice before you want to move or they will charge you an extra two months!! They never clean the hallways either.
Im only complaining because all of this is true and honestly disgusts me. If something happens to happen during the time that you pay rent, (his car broke down and wasnt able to get the rent there on time.) ONE day late. They charged him a $100 late fee for something he had no control over. (That $100 was to fix his car that now just sits in the driveway.) I understand that we have deadlines, but there should be some exceptions. Especially since hes on a fixed income. Id look around for a better place is all.

I honestly wish that there was something nice to say. Oh they have a pool, so youll have a water bill for that too. (There isnt even a bathroom in the pool area.)

Said it was going to be 747 but ends up being 850 a month. Put in a work order several times and the office just puts it as its been taken care of when it has not. They take your rent out, put it back in, and says youve never paid rent, but have an email stating that its went thru. You try to tell them that and they say you have to pay it again or youll be evicted. Seriously do not rent from them. Picking them was our worst mistake.
