Ridgewood Apartments

Woke up to a man in my apt this morning...apparently a new maintance person. Walked out of my room with the man standing in my apt. No notice or anything. He came to fix my door that I put a work order request for back in the summer. Had to put call about 4 times in the last 6 months to complain and still haven't fixed everything that i have had work orders in for the entire 6 months. Place is a joke.

I had a friend that lived here he said he had to move out because they wont fix nothing and every year the rent goes up where he could not afford it and he said he is on disability and he said that this place is not worth the price they are charging him and I said oh wow and I just let it go at that. I have been living here since 2017 and so far I had no problems but I am a type of a person if I ever have to have something that needs fixed. I will be putting it in writing that way the people I am renting from will have a copy as well on what needs fix. I just think it is best that way for the owner and my self.i really do think.

It is not worth the price they are asking for. Looks can be deceiving. Light bill runs about $150-$300. Office officials are rude and try to talk to you like a child( Valerie), pot holes the size of a 3 bedroom apartment, not up kept, it look like it needs to be demolished, its only 2 maintenance guy. Lord forbid you have a emergency. The only good thing is neighbors mind their business. If you could avoid them. These apartments have not been updated since they build them. And the patch work they do is horrible. I want recommend this to the homeless.

They need and driveway done there are so many pot holes. Who's going to keep driving in there everyday. Fix it then ill be able to consider.

it is a little too far to drive from Goshen otherwise I might have pursued more

Alot of these apartments didn't except low income base or disabled either.wanted more income.
