It seems to be peaceful and quiet, might be a good place to live

The insides are falling apart. The bathroom collects mold no matter the steps you take; Theyve added a huge addendum to make the mold the leasees fault and not because the bathroom is a hotbox with no windows and impossible to keep dry. Once a year a neighbor will have roaches that will leak into your apartment no matter how clean. The metal fixtures in the bathroom will rot off from the hard water. There is dog poop on every green patch even with dog bags added just this year; Theyve added a no pitbull addendum but people still own them here. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors talking at a normal volume. There are currently only 3 maintenance people on payroll so fixtures are months away shodilly done by rightfully tired individuals. They have more people hired for groundskeepers who run the sprinklers at noon during summer killing all the grass they spend every other day mowing. They jack the price of rent each year for nothing in return and the people in the office are just residents and off handedly useless. The washer and dryers are hit or miss in each section, breaking constantly and taking weeks to fix. The dryer has overheated to the point of melting clothes and the possibility of a fire hazard and no reperations were given to the hundreds of dollars of clothing destroyed. If you live on the lowest floor your apartment will flood and the smell will never leave. There have been known criminals and drug users living in these buildings, the sirens of 911 calls are constant. Your packages will be stolen from your doorway. We live here because at the time the rent was cheap and we we were poor as i assume everyone living here is. Old farm when you read this please dont bother to respond because your worries and pleasantries mean nothing to me.
