Living at Maple Lane is like living in a home instead of an apartment. When you drive home, you arrive in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood with apartment buildings that look like homes instead of an apartment complex. It is quiet and peaceful there.

Little is done to upgrade long time residents apartments. Carpets are not cleaned. Grounds are not well kept.There is very little security. My apartment doesn't even have a dead bolt lock.
I receive nasty letters about issues that do not even pertain to me, yet the management does not even enforce basic parking rules on a day to day basis. At one point everyone was notified to move their vehicles to paint stripes on the parking lot and if you did not your car would be towed. However, the directions were unclear, the dates changed with little notice, cars were not moved, cars were not towed, and a number of cars were simply parked in the grass!
