    Despite the coronavirus pandemic, staff was very accomodating with a self-guided tour. Parking seemed tight but may be due to coronavirus mandatory stay at home orders. Internally, fit, finish, and presentation of units was a bit lacking but, I'm selective not picky. However, for the square footage to price point, this may be expected. Overall cleanliness and presentation of the exterior could use some attention, particularly resident patios with all their 'stuff' piled about. Overall, average units with ample square footage for your possessions.

    The homes are nicer than I thought they would be and I was worried even more when they told me I would have to be in another one than I originally applied to. It was extremely difficult to move into this place since I moved to IN from NM and hasn't yet began my job. But it worked out in the end and it was nice to not have to pay January rent, a promotion they had.
