I have been a resident of Arbor Lakes for a couple years now and could not be happier with everything! They maintain the grounds beautifully. Maintenance has responded very quickly with the couple small issues I have had. Very professional staff, as well. Great place to call home.

I lived here for one year, Summer 2012 to Summer 2013. The owners and people who work here are very friendly. I moved because I took a Job in Germany, and I would've loved to have been able to take it all with me. The Apartments were clean and well taken care of. Beautiful Scenery, secluded from the city for a quiet area. Reasonable Rental fees. Overall a wonderful experience. If I am ever relocated to Elkhart or the surrounding area for work again, I would definitely look in to renting here again.
