What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Elkhart

I enjoy that it is mostly quiet. The fact that most of my neighbors are home all day long is great since my home always has someone keeping an eye on it.

I like that it is a mile away from where I grew up. It's location to schools and shopping it great. I can live here with a rural yet sub division feel.

Well-kept properties and neighbors who seem to care about each other. The HOA is not overbearing. Easy access to the three small cities that comprise our region.

I have alot of fast food restaurants near me. I have grocery store close. I have a lot of different kind of stores neer me

That everyone gets along and we help each other and I love going downtown with my friends and have fun

Like the people most of the time. It does seem to be close to restaurants and fast food places. I like going to restaurants with family.
