The neighborhood is within NYC confines and has the real estate tax benefits. Many residents are NYC personnel so they invest in the area. Local schools produce well-educated students.

My community is very safe and comfortable to live in, the local supermarket is very good, you can buy everything you need in it, I like to take a walk with my family in the park, the scenery is very nice

It's a nice and mostly quite area. There's no Places nearby I really care to go. But it's nice to walk around

I like my neighbors the neighbors the parks all of the stores and closeness in proximity to e everything around me

It is quiet but in the summer you can hear children playing. Nearby little league and swim club. Also love the library.
