What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cumberland

It is a planned development and the home owners association is active. It is possible with a car to get quickly to several grocery stores that are less than a mile away.

Clean, tree lined streets. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Also ethnic food and uther stores.

i like that it is very quite and you aren't bothered. but some of the houses are very scetchy........

My neighborhood is close to gas stations, supermarkets, and fast food so I really love that because I hate to drive very far. Our neighbors are also really friendly and we all take care of each other.

I like my neighborhood because it is quiet and well kept and the neighbors are friendly to me and garbage is kept.
