What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Crown Point

I like going to the stores and having a good time and the reasrurants. Are neighbors are really nice.

It is betweeen 2 nature preserves so wildlife is plentiful. We have cranes every summer. It is 2 miles from business area with many shops. So it is pezceful with much to do nearby

They have a awesome walking trail bike trail 4 minutes from us Shopping is pretty close There are a few parks near that we can take the grandkids

Close knit neighbors. Everyone knows each other and is always friendly. Not far from the towns downtown area. Across the street from a golf course.

It is a small subdivision in a type of rural area. But there are groceries and restaurants within qa short drive. A few miles further is a big shopping area with a mall

Our neighborhood is unique because it is partially villas and partially single-family homes. This is nice because the neighbors are all friendly and know each other, and relationships have been established between generations. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and more are coming every year. New hotels have recently been built off of the interstate. So far, it's primarily chain restaurants, but some unique local restaurants on the town square are good
